Activation Requirement: Kai has to be facing 3 or more enemies at once.
Length: 2 posts for every 15LP spent to activate
Cost: 15x (Where x is your choice of how many posts you want it)
Attack: Kai pulls a small box with a cord in it out of his pocket, and attaches what looks like a Child's plaything. The tops that he launches from it become spinning blades of death that home in after the opponent.
Special:
Revver: Kai can reattach a spinning top onto the launcher while it's moving to launch it again at double speed during it's next attack.. Costs 5 SP.
Finisher:
Electro-Magnetic Burst: All the tops that Kai's launched explode with an electrical force that deals damage equal to half the total attack power and paralyzes the enemy for 1x posts. (1 post for every top that explodes)
Description: Nothing too drastic happens to Kai other then the weapon of choice. He can launch one top every turn, and the tops attack every turn that they're out until the finisher happens.
