The wand itself, after the six inch handle, is a foot in length. When The Dreamer waves it, it issues a bright-white ball of light, which travels toward his target very quickly.

| It can deal a maximum of 20% your max HP, 15% total health to one target is a little op, especially when fighting people a higher level then you.
You also forgot to include "Type" | |
