| - Skill Limitations:[/b] If you're a journeyman or promoted from a journeyman, you're allowed a skill every level. If you're not a journeyman or promoted from a journeyman and you have skills, you're only allowed a skill on every EVEN level.
- Skill Damage: Skill Damage can be MAXIMUM of the ratio Cost:Damage 1:4 That means your maximum damage for any skill is 100L.
- Skill Effect: Once again, it doesn't make sense to have history on the template, so be descriptive as to what happens when you use the skill.
