Dual Attack Rules and Templates

Character: Each character can only have one dual attack with one character. Meaning that you can have one dual attack for each other character you're friends with. But only one dual attack with any specific character.
Damage: Damage will be maxed out at 25% the AVERAGE MAX HP of the two characters. If you wish to make it stronger, you have to ask an admin to recalculate it.
Elements: The elements of your dual attack are the elements of both characters.
Cost: The cost is anywhere from 20%-60% of the Highest Leveled Character's SP. The more damage it does, the higher the cost.
Description: Write a description of what happens to the characters and how they pull the attack off. Make it detailed or we'll be forcing histories upon you.
